Prenatal and Birth Care:
- Comprehensive and compassionate prenatal care, including nutritional counseling
- Full scope of service available to clients, including access to ultrasonography and routine testing
- Qualified Birth Assistants and Doulas available at all times
- Waterbirth option available
- Newborn and postpartum care during the first two weeks after your birth in your home
- No charge for initial consultation
Well-Woman Care:
- Annual physical exams, including full health assessment, Pap screening and nutritional assessment
- Family planning: Natural Family Planning, IUD, oral contraceptives, fertility issues
- Primary care of women: mood disorders, PMS, weight management, hormonal imbalances, general health maintenance
- School physicals for girls/women
Newborn Care:
- Routine baby weight clinic
Well-woman and prenatal visits are provided in the privacy and comfort of our Iowa City location.
Home Birth services are available within a 60 mile radius of Iowa City. Insurance reimbursement is available to eligible clients.
